We brought these ideas to the first step of The Grounded Social Media Package - our strategy meeting. Here we co-created a style brief with Dolly that felt true to her.
Our first decision was a social-friendly professional identity. ‘Skincare Consultant’ felt too clinical, so we hit upon ‘The Skincare Coach’. Approachable yet expert, exactly the tone Dolly was seeking.
We translated our style brief into a cohesive content plan to guide our shoot. We focussed on founder-led formats, mirroring her 1:1 service, mixed in were dynamic product explainers and pain point call-outs.
