Campwell Farm’s rural site near Bath is home to magical wellness retreats, digital detox stays and a community sauna where guests can escape the madness of modern life to find calmness and connection.
Campwell’s brand identity was already strong when they came to us for help running a Meta Ad campaign to raise awareness of their sauna. Their existing creatives were beautiful, but they weren’t translating to effective ad campaigns.
Social ads have changed, with users responding less favourably to overproduced static photos and brand videos, and resonating more with authentic, User Generated Content (UGC) pieces.
We needed to help Campwell showcase the genuine guest experience of their site through human-first content.

Through brand research and analysing their most recent ads, we identified what had been missing from Campwell’s previous campaigns. We used this research to plan a suite of UGC-style ad creatives to tell their story in a social-friendly format.
Filming onsite at the community sauna, we kept our cool in the hot conditions to capture the beauty of the setting, the benefits of the sauna and the personality of the people. Efficiently collecting first-person clips, voice-overs, organic moments and authentic images.
This content was edited to our high standards to form a suite of assets ready to be delivered. Paired with thoughtful copy with a clear call-to-action, the new creatives immediately boosted performance.
Following this campaign, we repurposed these creatives into a festive voucher gifting campaign, retargeting recent website visitors with a compelling call-to-action that subtly tapped into the Christmas rush.
