Before working together, you’ll need to have your brand’s social accounts set up, and we’ll send you an onboarding pack to complete. This helps us understand your brand, audience, and key messaging, so we can create the most effective content strategy for you.
While we take care of the heavy lifting, your input at key moments is crucial to a successful relationship.
You will need to identify a key team member(s) to complete the onboarding materials, attend a strategy call each cycle, be present for the content shoot (and arrange additional participants where necessary), review planning, and approve content. This usually requires about one hour per week during the process, being on hand during the content shoot to capture the agreed footage. After approval, your involvement will be kept to a minimum while we roll out your content.
We produce a mix of content for best practices, including video, reels, carousels, photos and graphic posts, to ensure a well-rounded strategy for your brand.
In short, no. You don’t need to provide photo and video assets as we capture everything we need during our shoot.
However, if you have an existing media library, sharing it with us can help maintain visual consistency across your brand and provide additional assets to integrate into your content.
Our shoots take place once per content cycle, which is every 2 months. This ensures we have enough high-quality content to keep your brand active, relevant, and consistent across social platforms.

After our initial trial 2 months, we ask for a minimum commitment of three shoot cycles (6 months). This gives us enough time to build, refine, and optimise your content strategy for long-term success.
There are no surprise costs. If working with us on a paid social campaign, you will need an allocated budget for this which we will agree on together. You may wish to invest in hiring spaces and models, or purchasing props for your content shoots but this is entirely up to you. We charge for travel expenses but ensure clear communication on these details when planning.
